Mindfulness Sydney is a page for everyone to learn how to overcome stress, reduce anxiety levels and handle physical, social and emotional issues.  It is everyone’s starting point long lasting inner peace.

People these days are searching for wealth, power, reputation, recognition, luxury and on and on.  The richest, the most powerful or famous celebrities are not necessary be happiness people on earth.  In fact, those people are prone to grief once they reach their highness point and cannot find happiness. They can get confuse and try different path and may gain more greed, enjoying more power or using drugs.  These manners aren’t the way to peace, real happiness and the pure serenity.

“Meditation” is a common recommendation to manage stress that most psychologists suggest.  Meditation is not a religion but it is a technique for human to look back at ourselves and understand ourselves.  Human always have interest in things around us and put our mind in something else instead of our own sole and body.

According to Wikipedia, Mindfulness is the international, accepting and non-judgemental focus of one’s attention on the emotions, thoughts and sensations occurring in the present moment, which can be trained by meditational practices derived from Buddhist Anapanasati. Anapanasati means to feel the sensations caused by the moments of the breath in the body as is practiced in the context of mindfulness which was originally taught by Gautama Buddha.

The word Buddha means “Awakened one” or “the enlightened one”.  Buddha taught people in order to lead them to be awakened ones like him.  Buddha isn’t a god.  He was a sage on whose teching Buddhism was founded.

Meditation technique is for all mankind to pursue the inner peace regardless who they are.  It only be gained by doing it.
